Health plan is too expensive, no vision plan,401k is matched annually.

Decent benefits for full time. No vision....

Great company to work for! Honestly there aren't many companies that have the flexibility mixed with consistency. Fastenal does.

Family package is way to high

Health insurance is expensive for families; 401k match is inconsistent; it takes 5+ years of uninterrupted full-time employment to acquire 15 vacation days a year, which must be used or lost each year (no carrying over days into the following year)

No benefits for part timers

Flexible in working days, no pension, not much potention to grow as a picker, dont really care much about their people (;

2 weeks vacation for first 5 years
