Health insurance is middle of the road, recently implemented a High Deductible option with a HSA. 10-days vacation and 5 sick-days per year, that accrue for time worked. After 5 years full time, increases to 15-days vacation with 5 sick-days. No employee stock differentiation, but annual 401k match up to $5k, dependent on company performance metrics.

Not very many company perks. Vacation is limited and pro-rated. 401k is ok, but a company match would make it more pleasing.

Benefit package is like any other BCBS package. High deductible, high max OOP, and high cost per month.

I'd say the best things when it comes to fastenal benefits would be the paid vacations and holidays but also being allowed up to 72 hours of sick leave.

Health insurance was probably the best benefit at Fastenal, although it's kind of expensive for a family plan. Worst is probably that they give very few paid holidays.

Fastenal offers both a standard or high-deductible health plan offering options for you. However, the plan cost is pretty high, especially for a family.
