Fastenal benefits

I do not have of the fastenal benefit package as i am under my parents. fROM what I hear it is not the best

The vacation time is only good if you have been there for a while. The insurance is expensive if you are using it for a family.

Health insurance and 401k are the best part of the benefits package.

The do not offer benefits to Part-time employees

Working as a part-time employee, I didn't get a benefits package other than a 10% discount on a select items at the Fastenal store or online. Thats all I got out of it....

The best is the medical and 401k packages. They aren't the best that's out there, but they aren't horrible. The worst is time off- 10 days a year to start. you get another 5 days after 5 FULL CALENDER YEARS of full time employment. So if you started on January 5th....sorry, that entire year doesn't count. :)
