Company Insurance is very high. Vacation is decent along with Paid Time Off. There are no other real perks. They expect you to use your personal mobile device with no compensation. Employee discount is good.

As part-time, there are no quality benefits other than employee discount, which I used a lot as I worked construction on the side.

As a part-time receiving associate, there was no benefit package whatsoever. No paid time off, no pension or any type of retirement account. Benefits were only offered at full-time management positions.
