the 401k was the best benefit, vacation and medical were not really that good

$520.00 mth for family coverage. Deductible close to $2,000.00. Spent a day in ER, and overnight in regular hospital room, several xray, ct scans, and blood work. Total bill close to $12,000.00. Insurance paid all but $2,000.00 deductible.

Vacation is generous, profit sharing can be a 100% match up to $5000. The Health Benefits are subpar. Higher then average premiums and high deductibles.

There were no benefits offered to part time employees. I have heard that full time has good medical benefits and retirement.
