Vacation and time off are now controlled through a online service. It was't a big deal to use your time off. Health insurance is damn near worthless and the deductibles are incredibly high. After Fastenal uses every opportunity to decrease your commission and then they take out your health insurance, you'll be lucky if you take home 300$ a week. The stress can be excessive. It's not really worth it.
