I was part time so I didn't get benefits. But I got a Christmas present from them regardless which was a box full of food and knick knacks. I also was able to take time off when requested it. I could have used the employee discount too.

Premiums more expensive. Decent plan.

Benefits start from day 1 which is good. The cost is not terrible from what I have heard from other people. Deductible prices are a little high.

Employee Discount is down right awesome. I imagine very useful when fixing up a car or having house projects. No real other benefits for part time.

If you have an understanding district manager and branch manager, and are performing well at your store, you can have more flexibility with time off. Can't say anything bad about the health and dental insurance.

The dental isn't good at all; you have to have coverage for a year before they will cover anything the don't consider a necessity (wisdom teeth, etc). There is no vision coverage. I never used the medical, so I can't fairly assess that.

Best thing about benefits package is the PTO that you begin to accrue after one year of full-time employment.
