Great employee discount I must say

Discount is generous and applies to all items, including sale items. By newly launched products before the launch date.

30% off for employee and immediate family.

The discount here is amazing, it's 30% but with the shoes being so pricey it's honestly great. I used it so much during my time there.

Overall I loved working for my hometown store, but I also worked in two others that were poorly ran and had terrible experiences there. You meet great people, but the company does not care about the small people, not even the store managers most of the time.

It's a decent percentage but on the lower side for retail. A plus is that you even get it off sale prices

Employees receive a 10% discount off of merchandise. However, the merchandise is rather expensive, so it does not make much of a difference.

best thing is the discount applies to sale product as well as full price merchandise

The best thing is that you can get apparel and footwear for a pretty good discount. They do put restrictions on some items.
