Great product. 30% off even if already marked down. Discounts with partners like MetLife and at&t too.

You can use it on any item even Jordan releases (there is a maximum number of employees per store and quantity, but after 2 weeks any special release can be used with discount). I wish there was an employee website that could be accessed from home though.

Good on everything except limited edition items. Can only use for self, spouse, and dependents
