Buying tires cheaper is a benefit, but the other discounts only look helpful if you're not a tech. Paying a lot of money just to get your flag pay as a discount looks good if you need their specialty tool I guess, but the boss won't schedule your own work most of the time even if there are almost no customers. It's just business...the customers pay 2 to 3 times as much so a tech. who needs work done is always looked down on. Employees who aren't tech's sometimes get a lot of work done on their vehicles, but they can wait a long time before the job gets done. It's treated like sidework.

Paying triple flag hours to get paid a flag hour to fix my car is not something I'd call a benefit. The shop discounts, other than tires only mean something if you're not a tech.

I believe the tire policy is firestone tires at cost and 30% off bridgestone. Friends and family get 10% off. But you can get the same for complaining about how poorly the company runs.

they price the work how it should be priced originally. they cut down the ridiculous markup and give you the work a little above cost.

Employee discount is very generous. Family and friends discount is also pretty good.

Not a bad discount for your own personal car. Family plan is ok but still could find a better deal elsewhere if you looked hard enough.
