I was told that they just partnered up with premier places to work and were trying to be proactive because they felt that their turn over rate was to high,I liked that idea and we were encouraged to speak up against anything that might seem unethical or even cause conflicts that lead to technicians quitting. When approached about how unprofessional and degrading the general store manager is and how direct interactions with him lead to technicians quitting on the spot nothing was done and swept under the rug.

Best: Charge only $35 per hour for labor on an employees car.
Worst: Can't do large jobs on employee cars

You pay $30 per labor hour and 10 percent over cost on parts. Its a decent discount.

It's good at times but sometimes it's not much more then what a regular customer might receive
