They offer minimum paid leave based on time worked at the bank. Employees with 4+ years experience get 6 weeks paid. They generously offer to comply with FMLA by giving 12 weeks unpaid, and require that the employee pay all of missed benefit premiums upon returning to work.

Thank you for your post regarding the Bank’s paid leave benefits. This information is provided to clarify the leave benefits that are currently offered by the Bank. In an effort to support employees in balancing work and personal matters, the Bank recently enhanced its paid leave benefits to provide an employee on maternity leave with 12 weeks of paid leave. The 12 weeks consists of up to 6 weeks of paid disability leave and up to 6 weeks of paid child-bonding leave. The 6 weeks of paid child- bonding leave is offered to all new parents. These enhanced benefits are available to employees who have completed at least one year of service with the Bank.
