I think this is attractive enough.

It is a very nice package. Would be good to have additional options to invest such and MMF or Bonds Funds only

I love that First Solar offers 2 options for the 401(k), one is the traditional pre-tax and the other is Roth. This is not an IRA, it is a 401k, so it allows people to use the Roth option to pay the taxes up front while they are in a lower tax bracket.
