Vacation & Paid Time Off

Typically people get 2 weeks of vacation, and a varying number of "floating holidays", which depend on how many holidays land on weekends during the year. A third week of vacation is added at the start of the 5th calendar year you have worked there. I've heard of some engineers who have families in other countries that have negotiated for 3 weeks or even 4, but I don't expect that technicians have that type of option being that most are younger, have less experience and are generally from more local areas (or at least the Midwest within a few hours).
