Health Insurance

I've enrolled in the GOLD PPO insurance plan (single) for max benefit/cost. Wife on her own employer plan as my insurance will charge an additional $100 month to add her if she has employer option for insurance - then price more than doubles in rate.

it covered many expenses for the employees

The price for health insurance is reasonable. They try to keep the cost down and put the burden on more of the people that do not take care of themselves. You get wellness credits if you record activity and other things so it defrays the cost.

Super high deductibles, expensive premiums. Overall, the coverage sucks.

High deductible insurance is expensive and provider is not easy to work with when coverage is changed or questioned.

Health plan benefits change annually. You need to watch the prescription plan very carefully as brand name drugs can sometimes be cheaper than generic equivalents.

Health insurance is high compare to others.

It has a doctors in network and you can chose from plan doctors without referrals. Also incentive of $800 is provided for HSA health account each year.
