Higher costs than a lot of other competitors but not terrible. They try to keep people healthy by having linking how much you pay to certain criteria you fulfill, like doing biometric testing, getting flu shots etc

Health insurance is very poor and it will no cover much. You need to pay a lot of money out of you pocket.

The upfront deductible makes going to the doctor for a cold difficult.

The health care provided is very good but comes at a price. Fortunately, they offer a few levels of options

Group health insurance plans come in cheaper than my previous employer with options for wellness discounts for myself and spouse. More employees means more of a group discount. Fiserv focus on health also probably helps keep premiums lower which in today's world is a huge plus.

Does not cover medical very well.

PPO and HDHP are offered, with most people taking the HDHP. Yearly nicotine tests are required for insured employee and spouses (everyone lies apparently) IMHO Fiserv can't wait for the day when they can dump their employees into ObamaCare to boost their profit margins.
