HDHP is expensive for HDHP plans. "Standard" costs more than $8000/yr for two. Vision and Dental actually cost more and provide less than an individually purchased plan.

Best: Good network of health providers. Cost is OK, could be better
Worst: High Deductible plan has an above average deductible.

High deductible plan and a PPO. Premiums are fairly low cost but your deductible and max out of pocket are high, especially if you have dependents.

It's a HDHP and even though they add a contribution to your HSA, it's hardly enough to help with that deductible.

Reasonable Plan limits and co-pays = best
worst = lack of coverage on certain medical necessities

Seem about average for coverage. Only HSA plans. No HMO.

Two options PPO and HDHP. The PPO is out of reach for most people at closet to 300 a month for a single person.
