Flex's Health Insurance became more expensive every year and the Incentives to earn Health Insurance Subsidies started to become intrusive. In comparison, however, Flex Health Insurance Plans provided more coverage (higher approved expense amounts) than subsequent Insurance Plans that I'm now covered by, so even though I paid more, my Flex Health Insurance paid more for similar services than my current Health Insurance Plan.
