Good Benefit but not Great

There are different plans and providers to choose from and the company pays for a big part of it.

Insurance is comprehensive to employees.

Insurance is expensive. It became so in 2012

High deductible and high fees

Not much choice. Good benefits plan through HDHP program.

Flex's Health Insurance became more expensive every year and the Incentives to earn Health Insurance Subsidies started to become intrusive. In comparison, however, Flex Health Insurance Plans provided more coverage (higher approved expense amounts) than subsequent Insurance Plans that I'm now covered by, so even though I paid more, my Flex Health Insurance paid more for similar services than my current Health Insurance Plan.
