They don’t prepare anyone for real life situations. Training is all over the place. There’s no schedule and it’s not planned out.

Employees train you on site. There is a packet with the job functions you need to go over to complete the training. You will then have an Oral review board at the end of your three weeks of training. 3 or 4 people from management/ admin will test you on your skills and ask you job releted questions. If you fail, you will be let go from the site.
