Job Training

Anyone can pass the job training. It's simple and made so monkeys can do it.

I suppose t just depends on your site coordinator. I was just transferred to a new job site(same contract) all of my sergeants did an excellent job of making me feel welcome and helped me get accommodated to the site.

They love to talk about job training when it doesn't exist. I have never worked for a company that just hires you and expects you to know the job before you walk in.

The pre site training was good but once we were on site we were thrown to the wolves

the worst thing is that you have to go to Hastings,Fl for 3 weeks monday-friday with no transportation provided. it was hard getting there

Its two days of classroom time on how you should act , yet the company does not abide by it.

The training was great. They take they time with the group they were training. They told us what the company stands for. We were showed have to do CPR/First Aid, AED and work on the fake dolls. Work with our group together took tests.

Training is poor & mediocre at best, given a gun and expected to know how to use it, not trained on basic weapon functions, some people don't even know how to load/unload their issued weapons. Forced to pay for state mandated training out of pocket, and expected to add a caliber to the gun permit when told to do so which is also out of pocket but not given the caliber of weapon for which is on the gun permit because new weapons are given to new people not current people.

You learn the basics of the job in a 40 hour work week
