Most managers offer unlimited vacation. Most locations have a gym with training. Good matching 401k. Several health insurance plans to choose from but can be expensive.

GE is beginning a program where our 401K is only matched at the end of the year. If you leave before then, you lose the match. It is an effort to maintain cash for the company, but it ends up hurting the individual employee in the long run.

Not to bad deductible can be rough if you don't have anything major

Company is in cost cutting spree, recent revamps to benefit policies such as health care premiums have gone up, company's contribution to 401k is being paid annually rather than pay cycle basis.

the insurance providers can be limited as on what business will accept so you have to do your research, but ge has a page that helps you do it.
