GE strives to provide competitive employee benefits packages in the regions and industries in which we have a presence. Our wide range of employee services, retirement, health and other benefit plans are designed to help eligible employees make the best decisions for themselves, their family, and their lifestyle.
Benefits structure can be difficult to navigate, but a lot is offered. Health Coach in particular is extremely helpful in understanding health benefits and doctor visits.

One of the best companies I have worked for. The opportunities are endless, as long as you work hard! You can network and make many connections towards any position you want, as long as you are qualified. And if you aren't, they'll pay for you to be. Six Sigma certification, Education reimbursement, GE Learning, OMLP and the list goes on. They can be flexible with you with the work schdule if you would like to work from home as well.
The 401k match is great compared to other places and the healthcare is a very reasonable rate, with low copays and deductible. Executive band program managers get unlimited vacation, but othewise it's pretty good as well. 3 weeks vacation, all national holidays and sick leave as well.

Benefits are very good. Low cost insurance, dental, and vision. Life insurance is very reasonable and they pay for a good amount. 401k match is generous.

The plan is just ok. Three levels health insurance with big tradeoffs between paycheck deductions and deductible amount. Vision and dental don't cover much. Vacation has gone to unlimited, which means it depends on manager approval.

The 401k is pretty good. 4% immediate vesting and after 3 years an additional 3%. After 3 years you will receive 7% which is pretty good nowadays.
Healthcare is terrible. It's is a costly deductible plan.
