Vacation and paid Time Off are one of the best benefits. Also good retirement plan and Flexible Spending Account. The Child care also a highlight.

Bad thing about benefit not every start at your first day. Like the education and personal time off you have to be here for an year. The company don't start vesting in your retire plan after 3 years.

Health insurance is good but just like everywhere else the price we pay is going up. Pension was removed for all new union employees after 2011.
