GE strives to provide competitive employee benefits packages in the regions and industries in which we have a presence. Our wide range of employee services, retirement, health and other benefit plans are designed to help eligible employees make the best decisions for themselves, their family, and their lifestyle.
Decent benefits. Matching 401k, pension plan (one of the few left that has one), life insurance, good employee discounts for appliances, decent time off, education assistance. Healthcare plans are getting watered down though.

High deductible healthcare plan, so employees have high out of pocket expenses and the company pays very little to help.

Health insurance options are extensive. Savings and Security Plan is generous. EAP is helpful in a crisis.

Fair time off - 3 weeks starting which increases with tenure in the company. Lots of options to choose from with 401k and includes company match

Stuck with one investment company, not my choice. Could have better healthcare.
