Still very good benefits package. Matches 401k well. Used to offer pension, but not any longer for new hires.

There is little negotiating room in the benefits packages. The 401k and health insurance are standard but additional variety would be appreciated: stock options, performance based bonuses, vacation roll over or paid if not used, etc.

Parental leave is the worst, good fitness rebate not good for bonus and salary increase based on a review process in which you can easily be snipped ..big corporation
