The healthcare is a high deductible plan which results in the employee paying a high amount out of pocket before the company pays for healthcare costs.
There are only two benefits which are competitive in the market. Permissive leave, which means you do not have any set PTO allotment, you can take as much time as you need as long as your manager is ok with it. The other is parental leave which allows 10 weeks for the father and at least 12 for the mother.
