Permissive time off, great comprehensive health coverage, and 401K contributions match up to 4%.

Pretty good imo. We had 3 different health insurance packages to chose from and I chose Aetna (love them). I have a yearly 2g deductible but I'm on lots of meds for depression, type 1 diabetes etc. I usually met my deductible by May then I'd pay 0 for doctor visits and prescriptions for the rest of the year. Had MetLife dental. Covered 2500/year after meeting 500 deductible. Better than most plans I was grateful.

Best: 401K matching and RSP contributions are great. Gym reimbursement up to $300/yr is awesome but may not last forever with the financials of the company.
Worst : Health Benefits are complex to understand and the employee contribution is based on the base salary of the employee. Deductibles are high and not so friendly options to choose from.

Best thing is the flexibility that is offered such as unlimited vacation. Although many complain about the policy because they don't feel entitled to a certain amount of time off, it is very flexible and as long as you are doing your job and have good communication with your manager, it can work out well.

Company offers a great match of 4% if you put in 8% as well as a yearly 3% automatic contribution at the end of each year. The company also offers unlimited PTO as long as you approve if with your manager.
Health Insurance premiums and deductibles continue to rise, but that is likely the case at most companies.
