Permissive time off is very nice to keep a work-life balance.

I was an intern so did not have any access to any of the benefits the company offered. From what i've heard, full time employees have good benefits.

Benefits use to be a lot better, compensation and raises are down by percentage from past years.

High deductible health insurance, good 401k

Pension plus 401k was great but no longer offering pension

GE Digital can't afford to pay the bay area salaries, so they chose to be 1 hour away (with no traffic) to target those who don't want to live in the city or San Jose and are willing to take a lower salary. The sweet thing is that you can do all the home office you want, and you have unlimited PTO.

They provided a good benefit package.
