The best thing is the Permissive time off. If you are a well performing employee, your manager will often several days off per quarter, allowing for a good work-life balance.

Lots of options on the type of healthcare plan. All are pretty comprehensive (med, dental, etc) checking all the boxes. But crazy expensive. 401K match.

Good benefits and 401K package. No pension available anymore, vacation time is a permissible vacation style but getting time off is never much of a problem.
