401K was recently changed and GE will only deposit your match after 3 years of service. The Vision insurance rates have increased so much that it's probably better to put your money on a saving account. The dental plan is still very good. One of the best plans I've seen.

Everything is pretty solid. Unlimited vacation is cool, but still you need to get all your work done. Flexible lunch plans, ect.

The health insurance was extremely expensive. Even at the point that you hit your deductible, you were responsible for 20% of costs until you met your max.
