GE strives to provide competitive employee benefits packages in the regions and industries in which we have a presence. Our wide range of employee services, retirement, health and other benefit plans are designed to help eligible employees make the best decisions for themselves, their family, and their lifestyle.
"Unlimited PTO", 401k matching, good maternity/paternity leave. Health Benefits used to be better (like for most companies). Recently started making employees pay for Dental and Vision on top of higher payments for general health care. Health care has 3 tiers depending on how high you want your deductible to be. Relatively good with working from home and flexibility of hours if you are an "office worker" and depending on the role and your preformance. Interesting company related discounts for travel, appliances, and even daycare. Overall a good package.

Heath plan coverage. Even the premium package includes very high deductibles and a long list of restrictions.

Your health benefit payments are based on how much you make. You supplement for those making less. 401K match is excellent but funds could be better. Many include GE stock which has not performed well.

Matching 401k, good starting salaries. Great healthcare and dental insurance. Also HRA account helps tremendously when you need it most.
