GE strives to provide competitive employee benefits packages in the regions and industries in which we have a presence. Our wide range of employee services, retirement, health and other benefit plans are designed to help eligible employees make the best decisions for themselves, their family, and their lifestyle.
Very good overall package, except nothing much for employee discounts, etc. I appreciated pension/401k/salary deferral options the most. Vacation and paid time off pretty good, but sometimes pressure not to take it.

Best: Vacations days are not tracked at the senior professional level. Company launched unlimited vacation day based on a "take them as need" philosophy

if you have any question you can call the benefit center and theyll help you. theres not any worst because you have insurance ... think about how many people who do not have insurance.

Still a pretty decent benefits package. Healthcare has the standard choices. The company is increasingly moving towards equity-based rewards and, given the current price, it is a good time to be getting those.
