Health insurance including dental is available to purchase at a subsidy however, more senior employees receive free higher grade medical care than those in lower bands who have to pay extra for the upgrade. The lifestyle account (matches your money for sporting/health goods) is great and payment is made swiftly with a professional team on call to answer any queries. Extra holiday can also be purchased. All benefits purchased are automatically deducted from your salary.
