Virtually none. One and a half weeks of training with another manager, and then thrown into the midst.

Training first two weeks in the computer like youre going to Sschool's Science/Biology class all over again

great job training, showed me exactly what i had to do and didn't deter from that. some things took longer to learn

There is computer based training that sets down a good base knowledge of GNC products, but doesn't help with third party products. The sales training is not standardized and if you don't have a good manager you get tossed in the fire with no help.

Had a week of training. Not a difficult job anyway!

Very sad “training” program. 6 pages of “teach employee how to clock in” “Allow time to read handbook” Nothing in writing is detailed or specific, a good manager is thorough but if a manager isn’t good at training prior to coming to GNC they will not find success in training their staff just using the GMC training modles.

the training recevied is all about pushing products to people that dont need them. it is sad
