all on line. must do at the store (cannot access from home). Too much information on products. Best way to sell a product is through experience, not just what the company wants you to say.

Plenty of beneficial information for users who are new to vitamins and supplements. Almost anything a customer would ask you about, there is material on how to understand those topics so you wouldnt be confused.

It depends on the manager that the store has because he's the one that give you the training. Sometimes they give grupal training, but that is most for advices

Training is provided but is done in the store on your own. You get an average of 1-3 weeks training with another store manager if you’re lucky. The rest of the training is on a computer and is never gone over with another person.

Not all training was discussing what the product was. Just more trying to interact with the customer on selling a Pro Box that most customers didn’t care to hear about nor want to purchase it for $40

You start out with two weeks of training with the manager which equates to about 12 hours per week. After that you have several hours of gnc university that needs to be completed in a certain period of time and it is very thorough, you will learn everything you need to know.

It depends on the person training you on how well and good the training is but also how bad it could be. The online training modules are boring but insightful sometimes.
