401K Plan

There is very little literature about this, and there is also very little assistance from the company on this front.

match up to 5% dollar for dollar

No company match for the 1st year, now they withhold the company match and lump sum it in your account in January for the previous year. If you don't stay the full year, you get nothing. It is criminal what they have done to the 401(k) plan.

Massmutal. It was great until this year, they no longer match your contribution per pay period but instead per year.

Good 401k choices however the match does not occur until you've been here a year but then very generous match!
