Diversity Programs

Great program, however, with large majority of full-time employees being hourly they were limited to how they could participate. Participating was considered on-the-clock and since overtime was prohibited many employees could not participate.

They are trying, I'll give them that.

They are working on it. Slowly but surely they see the importance.

I am giving this 5 stars, because I stand for diversity. However, over the past two years, I think a 'good idea' was handled improperly. Some district and regional managers were perhaps a little too zealous in discovering ways to terminate existing managers to fit the 'diversified' Gamestop.
