Pros

Free games and good discounts sometimes.

Cons

Limited praise for being a top performer, and being underpaid as a manager working 50+ hour weeks compared to an entry level Walmart worker next door who makes more than you do, and has better benefits.

Pros

Fun co-workers, occasional free products or game codes, insurance

Cons

High company expectations for low pay, high sales demands, you have to manage 2 or more stores without adequate pay raise, low pay at all positions, no work/life balance, limited payroll so you work alone most of the time
