The discount itself is pretty standard, 15%. But it stacks with other discounts, like their rewards card and other promotions. Also, sometimes they give associates free games and allow them to check a game out at a time.

As per usual, Gamestop's employee discount was mediocre at best. 10%, occasionally that wouldn't stack with other offers either.
