The employee discount is 15% on everything except new specialty electronic devices (e.g. tablets, smart watches,) new consoles and POSA/digital items, all of which are not discounted at all. This is far too small. Amazon Prime and Best Buy Gamer's Club offer better discounts than that.

It's only 15%. The profit margins on new items is so low they can't afford to give us more. Used items are a MUCH higher profit margin, but they like their profits so they don't share.
