You are able to get discounts on things above what customers are able to. You have a lot at your disposable within the location and most of the time the company is pretty lax on how and what you can get.

It could be a bit more on preowned products but overall isn't that bad considering

It is decent and they even have an employee appreciation day where it is more.

Not awesome, not terrible. It helps that employees can check out used games (where there is a significant backstock) for free, for a max of 3 days.

Even though the guest discounts have gotten better over the years, the employee discount has not. GameStop should reevaluate how much they give their employees and not worry so much about protecting those margins

You got to take games home for a few days to play them, but if you wanted to keep them, you only got a 15 percent discount.

The discount was very, very nice considering that there weren't any other benefits. Also the fact that most video games and consoles these days are very expensive.
