Employee Discounts

Discount is fair. Can only be used by employee, spouses and children.

15% is not justified for anyone under store manager.

It is just 15%, which is fine. During certain time periods it jumps up to 25% which is amazing if you want to purchase a next generation console or something. I was happy about this, as it came as a surprise to me one day when I went in to pick up a game.

It's an alright discount, nothing more. It's only 15% and it does not apply to new consoles.

The discount was small; maybe 10% total.

Best thing is that if you have their Pro membership card, the discounts stack on eachother. Bad thing about it is if your store is known to not answer the phone and you're out of town and using your discount at another store, it can be a real pain because they're required to call your home store to verify that you do work there.

Employees got to rent games.

You get a decent discount on almost everything in the store. Only downside is only certain people can perform employee transactions, and you can not run a transaction on yourself.
