It's extremely minimal, and cannot be used on the more expensive products such as systems.

You get 10% off of games and accessories (no systems). Builds onto Pro Membership (which still expected to pay). Best Buy has a better game membership off the bat, including employee benefits.
Can check out video games for up to 4 days depending on availability.
Corporate gave ALL employees Witcher 3 for free for PC. Usually only Managers get free games.
You get to take home posters and pre-order bonuses for free (depending on store)

Very fair employee discounts.they also have a game renting option for employees as well. you can review games before you decide to buy them.

The 15% that they provide on new or used items does not apply to new consoles due to the low margin on those products. My wish is that they offered a deeper discount on pre-owned merchandise, at a different rate from the new merchandise.

It can come in handy if you know how to combine it with other promo's. Sometimes they give employees early access to promo's before the public. Other times they give special promo's to employees that customers will not see.

15% discount was decent I believe that they gave a 25% discount during the holidays

With the profit margin on the preowned items the company could offer a better discount to their employees.

It was handy in most cases, but especially when you took advantage of trading as well.
