5k deductible, otherwise covers ONLY one yearly exam with no tests or problems. No hospital coverage, no illness coverage, nothing. You pay for the chance that you end up in the hospital and hit that 5k deductible, otherwise it is useless.

I haven't applied for it, just because it's crap and taking away from my minuscule paycheck.

Over priced, over rated, have to be full time to actually get benefits. So upper management or bust is how it goes at gamestop.
