Offered Benefits in preparation for Obamacare, but seemed too expensive for a part-time employee.

Hefty deductibles prevent you from going to the doctor that often. Basic vision and dental is better than nothing.

Great health plans especially when using the HSAs, where they give you free money to use on medical vision and dental just for getting a checkup (which is covered). Health deductibles quite high though before benefits are paid. Very good dental and vision.

You get everything if you want, or nothing if you don't. Vision, dental, health, life, HSAs, life insurance, and most of that is through a company of your choice due to the way they currently do their benefits program.

Highway robbery. It starts out at a dollar amount taken out of each paycheck, and every few months it goes up without warning or notification. I found myself paying more than 200 dollars a month at one point for health insurance that I never used. No family coverage or children, just for myself.

It was not standard for employees. It was just an offer but no better than the insurance I had at the time.
