Very low cost for what you get. On campus visits are free, co-pays are $20 or $40 for off-campus or specialty off-campus visits. Women's health, dental, and eye exams are also on campus. Only four-star because sometimes scheduling an appointment can take some time (a few weeks if busy, so still relatively short).

Georgia Tech has many health insurance partners to choose from and any changes can very easily be made during the annual open enrollment period. Great technological platform to provide employees access to they health benefits, choices, forms, and information.
