The on-campus health clinic and health services, however opting out of the plan was difficult. Health facilities on campus have been scaled back recently. They no longer provide dentistry.

Back in 2014 I know we had several PPO and HMO options from BCBS and Kaiser Permanente. Subsidized and very affordable for both employee and family.

We use " blue cross, blue shield of Georgia", and most common expenses are covered, but limited coverage of dental costs.
