Job Training

There is little to none. If you are a manager, you get 1 month of training at another store learning the different departments, and that is only if the training store really want to help you. After that it is up to you store manager whether you learn something or not. I begged for training sessions and was told I understood it already, only to get yelled at for every little mistake.

Goodwill is a big organization. Training for some departments was exceptional while other departments training was not great.

its more hands on and need to learn for yourself

training is a joke. they want you to go to dirty, dingy career centers filled with transients who creep out woman as a TECH DEVELOPER OR DESIGNER

Job training is really fast and i think it needs to be more informational. the whole time i was working there i was confused on some essential things. Everyone was confuse not just me
