They give job training which is good if fairly new to the industry not for someone who has already been doing hair for years.

You receive training for 3 full days which teaches you the great clips cutting techniques which should help you give quality haircut within 13-17 minutes.

The best part about the job training is you are set up for success from the very beginning and it doesn't stop there. We are offered several educational classes throughout the year to expand our knowledge.

Academy is great for those who need extra training and a refresher course for those that have been out of Cosmotogy school for a long time. And they offer going to educational conventions, yet they are costly to the owners, so it is limited if you are working in a new store that needs time to show profit

I wouldn't know what the "training" would be even though I was told I would have job training before I started working there. They knew I was a professional that had experience but hadn't performed services on a specific clientele since leaving school. I was told I would attend training 6 months after I was hired. Not very accommodating or truthful.

i love that the training center is nearby and education specialist remembers everyone's name. she's very thorough and really cares and is willing to go above and beyond to make sure you understand what she is trying to deliver.
