Job Training

Our managers have the patience to bring stylists up to expectations. There is a requires 3 day training off site that is paid that needs to be done within 90 days of hire.

The hour drive to a crowded downtown training ing c enter that is to small for the new recruits.. No class. They are not up with the new styles. The only thing they care about is fast haircuts.

Decent advanced training if your franchise will pay for you to go.

Great Clips Academy is very informative, managers are helpful in training also

New stylists receive training before going on the floor. Classes are offered throughout the year to learn new techniques.

My supervisor let me sit at my desk with no direction listening to Great Clips University videos about opening a salon. Of the 4 months I was there my supervisor was gone almost a month of that time. There was no clear job description and it was hard to be a new person coming into a department where most of the employees had been there many years.

You don't really learn anything

they are patient and take you through several classes to help you become better
